Auto Aftermarket Expo: Time to get organised

The Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association has advised that its flagship trade expo will take place at the same time as the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, putting pressure on flight and accommodation availability in the Victorian capital.

To assist with the high demand for hotel rooms, the AAAA has made a dedicated booking service available, and though at the time of writing most rooms had already sold out you can check for accommodation here.

The AAAExpo and co-located Collision Repair Expo will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from April 7-9, 2022.

As the Expo continues to evolve, new developments promise further value for participants, such as the 2022 debut of the Workshop of the Future Pavilion.

Spanning 225 square metres, this pavilion will bring together the very latest information and practical tips from subject matter experts with state-of-the-art equipment and technology for the benefit of attendees.

“The theme for this year’s show is ‘the future is here’ and that is what we truly believe – the future is here now,” said AAAA CEO Stuart Charity.

“The vehicles being sold in showrooms and those which have been on the road for the last couple of years are going to change the game across both mechanical and collision repair for a whole range of reasons, as we are seeing technology moving ahead at break-neck speed.”

Registration to attend the 2022 Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo is free for members of the automotive industry and is now open online.
