Greg Shoemark joins VASA board

VASA has started 2025 by welcoming Greg Shoemark to its board of directors.

Many VASA members will have met Greg at the last two Wire & Gas events or at the Australian Refrigeration Council exhibit during the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo, Autocare, ARBS and other industry get-togethers.

Late last year, Greg retired from his role of communications manager at the ARC where he was instrumental in enhancing the licensing body’s public and industry perception as well as helping the ARC forge strong industry relationships for the good of those in the trade (both mobile and stationary) and, importantly, the environment.

Greg remains senior vice president of the Society of Automotive Engineers – Australia and brings a long career in public relations, marketing, corporate communications and events promotion in the automotive sector and beyond.

The VASA board looks forward to the privilege of working with Greg, whose perspective and expertise will bring a wealth of benefits to VASA members and the broader automotive industry.
