Cecily Moyes

Cecily started working at New Zealand Auto Air Distributors, having a good background in the automotive sector with a couple of years experience apprenticed to an auto electrician in Huntly, one of New Zealand’s mining towns.

She made the switch to parts management with her move to Auckland in the early 1990s.

Her product knowledge and enthusiasm for finding the answer to any automotive air-conditioning parts problem was recognised by James Ritchie and he encouraged her to make the move to his new automotive air conditioning parts importation business, Total Air Supply in 2000.

Here, Ces was really able to shine and concepts previously not available were now on the table. Solutions were offered where previously there had been none and parts could be air freighted from overseas, setting a new standard for the automotive air-conditioning parts supply sector in New Zealand.

Total Air Supply is now under new management, with Ces at the sales helm, where she continues to provide first rate customer support.

Ces has been a familiar face at most training events and VASA conventions for many years. She is a stickler for expanding her product knowledge to prepare herself for the inevitable and far reaching changes facing the industry.
