Redarc introduces certified installer program

Automotive electronics specialist REDARC has launched a certified installer program that will both help customers and bolster the trade of affiliated businesses.

The Australian company’s new program, called REDNetwork, will provide members with referrals, easily identified branded signage, product training and extended warranties.

Customers that contact REDARC about a product or installation will subsequently be referred to relevant REDNetwork members, putting them in touch with a known quantity and saving them time.

“We are committed to achieving one hundred per cent customer satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement,” said Anthony Kittel, managing director of REDARC. “It is for this reason that we have established the REDNetwork across Australia and New Zealand.”

Phase-change cable cooling could cut charging times significantly

The REDNetwork program, which will be membership-based and command an annual fee, is due to be introduced throughout as many regions as possible over the coming years – but a year-long trial has already delivered positive results.

Tim Byrne, owner of Belair Road Auto in Kingswood and one of the trial participants, said: “The Tech Support Team have and do send many customers our way. The referred customers usually start their sentence with, ‘REDARC recommended you…’ and so the trust is already there.”

VASA member REDARC, which was founded in 1979, designs and produces components such as vehicle chargers, inverters, gauges, management systems and trailer braking products.
