Stationary-sector future:gas roadshow a huge success

THE 2017 future:gas refrigerant seminar roadshow that was organised and managed by VASA on behalf of the stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning industry, has been a well-attended and well-received success.

Following the success of the 10-seminar 2016 roadshow that was aimed at the automotive industry, the stationary sector commissioned VASA to provide logistical, marketing and secretariat services to back a larger 12-seminar roadshow, as well as developing the website with online booking system.

Compared with 2016, this year’s roadshow attracted double the number of corporate sponsors and more than double the attendees across the 12 events, including excellent turnouts in Brisbane and Melbourne that each had more than 300 registrations.

Feedback from attendees, sponsors and industry figures during the events and following the roadshow’s conclusion earlier this month has been overwhelmingly positive, with praise received for the content and delivery presented by the five speakers, the unseen logistical management that ensured the roadshow ran smoothly and the publicity campaigns that led to such strong attendance and awareness of this important educational initiative.
