VASA’S ‘Life After R134a‘ refrigerant seminar will form part of the official education program at next year’s Autocare convention, which will be held on May 4 and 5, 2018 at the new International Convention Centre next to Darling Harbour in Sydney.
The association will also have a booth in the trade display area of the convention, which is run by the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association.
VASA’s participation in the event presents a great opportunity to promote the benefits of VASA membership and the upcoming 25th Anniversary Wire & Gas convention.
In delivering ‘Life After R134a‘ at Autocare, VASA Vice President Brett Meads will be among a range of world class international speakers addressing the latest developments and trends across the constantly evolving automotive parts, service and repair sectors of the industry.
Addressing the theme Disruption, Innovation, Rejuvenation, Autocare 2018 will identify industry experts from across Australia and across the globe to provide the very latest information and practical tips on how the aftermarket industry and individual businesses can tackle these challenges to not only survive, but thrive by taking advantage of the many opportunities that will arise as our industry changes and adapts to this new reality.
Plenary sessions and workshops will be featured across three key streams that are integral to the continued success and growth of the $14 billion Australian automotive parts, service and repair industry.
Over the two days these streams will target:
- Automotive product manufacturers and suppliers
- Mechanical repair workshop owners and technicians
- Collision repair suppliers and workshops
