Wire & Gas 2022 Early Bird tickets on sale NOW!

Heavily discounted early bird Wire & Gas tickets are now on sale, with the world-class training and education line-up remaining largely as published in 2020 when the event was postponed due to the pandemic.

Full delegate passes are available from $985 inc GST for VASA members, with a further 10% discount available for multi-delegate bookings from within the same business. The discount on early bird tickets for VASA members is valued higher than the $199 cost of annual VASA membership.

Also, to help offset the inability of our New Zealand delegates to reclaim the GST on Wire & Gas ticket prices, VASA will apply a further 10% discount to tickets purchased by delegates from across the Tasman (as well as any multi-delegate discount).

In addition to the generous accommodation discount for Wire & Gas delegates at the lavishly refurbished and rebranded JW Marriott Gold Coast venue, providing huge savings compared with the usual walk-up room rate, the venue has extended this room rate for three nights on either side of the event, meaning you can take advantage of up to eight nights of heavily discounted luxury accommodation in the heart of Queensland’s Gold Coast.

JW Marriott has indicated that delegates planning extended stays must get in early in order to obtain the room rate discount for all nights as occupancy rates (and prices) have been high since the refurbishment. For those only staying during the event itself, hotel bookings must be submitted by June 29 in order to secure the discounted room rate.

VASA members who miss the early bird deadline of April 30 will have to pay the usual member-only price of $1095, so get in quick!

Delegates bringing their partners to the event can purchase social passes providing access to the cocktail party, gala dinner and trade show for just $295.

An exciting new partner program for Wire & Gas 2022 comprises a lunch cruise and drinks at the SkyPoint observation deck atop the Q1 skyscraper, priced at $150 per person (on a purely cost recovery basis).

VASA is committed to delivering a COVID-safe Wire & Gas event and will be complying with state and federal government public health requirements in place at the time, as well as any measures stipulated by the venues. These may include proof of full vaccination, mask-wearing and social distancing. Ticket-holders will be kept up-to-date on the prevailing situation regarding restrictions and requirements in Queensland and at the privately operated venues.
