MACS Worldwide celebrates 40 years

VASA’s North American counterpart, Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide, celebrated its 40th anniversary with more than 700 attendees, 37 speakers and 70 exhibitors at its recent training event and trade show in Nashville.

MACS president and chief operating officer Elvis Hoffpauir said the anniversary was celebrated “in grand style” and included a visit to Music Row, which is the epicentre of Nashville’s country music industry and home to countless record label offices, radio stations and recording studios.

“We were impressed with the engagement of attendees in training classes for mobile A/C repair for automotive, light-duty, heavy-duty and off-road vehicles,” said Mr Hoffpauir.
