This year, Wire & Gas attendees can book specially discounted accommodation at the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa using the same secure online system as purchasing their event tickets.

A generous accommodation discount for Wire & Gas delegates – starting at $289 per night – at the lavishly refurbished and re-branded JW Marriott Gold Coast venue provides huge savings compared with the usual walk-up room rate.

In addition, the venue has extended this room rate for three nights on either side of the event, meaning you can take advantage of up to eight nights of heavily discounted luxury accommodation in the heart of Queensland’s Gold Coast.

JW Marriott has indicated that delegates planning extended stays must get in early in order to obtain the room rate discount for all nights as occupancy rates (and prices) have been high since the refurbishment.

For those only staying during the event itself, hotel bookings must be submitted by June 29 in order to secure the discounted room rate.

To obtain these exclusive rates you must book using VASA’s bespoke online system, with options for breakfast, room upgrades and preferences available.

As with ticket purchases, multiple bookings can be made by repeating the process, with information pre-filled in all the forms for ease of use.

Those who have already booked tickets can go back and book accommodation separately or vice-versa.
