Mark Mitchell to deliver presentation at Brisbane Truck Show

VASA director Mark Mitchell will deliver an extensive presentation focussing on the critical equipment selection process required to develop the best transport refrigeration package, at the Brisbane Truck Show on May 14 and 15.

He will discuss features of the latest product technology and the major role it plays in the modern cold chain as part of the event’s Cold Chain Risk Management Forum.

Topics covered will include truck and trailer body thermal efficiency plus the critical control points in the delivery process, all tied in to HACCP guidelines, following Australian Standard AS4982-2003 (thermal performance of refrigerated transport equipment – specification and testing and the Australian Cold Chain Guidelines for Food 2013.

Mark is one of Australia’s leading industry technical experts in vehicle air conditioning and transport refrigeration.

For the past two decades he has been closely involved with some of Australia’s leading industry bodies including the National Refrigeration and Air conditioning Council, Refrigerant Reclaim Australia and Refrigerants Australia.

Mark was also VASA’s founding President.

Session times of his presentation at the Brisbane Truck show are Thursday May 14 (1:00pm – 2:30pm) and or Friday May 15 (1:00pm – 2:30pm).
