Gold Coast training and AGM

VASA’s next regional training course and AGM will be held at the Gold Coast on Saturday August 2 and Sunday August 3.

The Annual General Meeting will take place after the Saturday training session from 5pm-7pm.

Subject: Advanced HVAC Diagnostic Course

When: Saturday August 2 (8:30am – 4pm) and Sunday August 3 (8:30am – 12pm).

Where: VASA Headquarters, 14 Motorway Circuit, Ormeau QLD 4208.

Registrations close on Monday July 28.

Held in conjunction with the VASA AGM, this day and a half of comprehensive training will provide participants with an opportunity to become fully conversant with modern air conditioning system operation and analysis, and to look at the psychology behind customer relations.

Lunch and refreshments provided.

Saturday:
Workbook based theoretical and practical activities covering:

• Refrigerant identification
• Basic service information
• Vacuum times
• Oils
• Gauge readings
• Superheat and sub-cooling
• Scan tool system evaluation
• Variable stroke compressors

Sunday:

• Customer check-in to payment: an analysis
• Vehicle specific tips and tricks
• The psychology of business

VASA Service Centres receive a $150 rebate (one per year) for attending VASA-approved training.
