Important information for Wire & Gas delegates
- PostedPublished 28 May 2013
VASA’s annual Wire & Gas convention (Gold Coast June 8-10) is now just a few days away, with more than 100 delegates registered for training.
Like last year, attendees will be separated into four colour coded groups – for training by Jack Stepanian, Grant Hand, Geoff Mutton and Carrier Transicold transport refrigeration specialist Mick Morley. Note: only pre-registered Carrier delegates will be able to attend Mick’s training.
On arrival at the Marriott Hotel, all delegates must visit the Wire & Gas registration desk – at the Hinterland Gallery on Level 2. It will be open between 4pm and 7.30pm on Friday night (June 7) then again from 7am on Saturday morning (June 8).
It is very important you collect your nametag as soon as you arrive at the hotel. It carries the colour code of the first event you will be attending. You will need to do this either on Friday evening or just after 7am on Saturday morning.
The first group to travel to SuperCool needs to be in the hotel foyer at the Marriott by 7.30am Saturday morning to board the bus. If you miss this bus you will need to find your own way there.
