Eye on the future at 2023 Autocare event

Kicking off the 2023 Autocare aftermarket training and networking event in Brisbane this June will be a session titled ‘The Automotive Aftermarket – 2023 And Beyond’ that promises to provide a “fascinating and inspiring overview of global and industry trends, what they mean for your business now and into the future”.

The education-led automotive convention will take place on June 9-10 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, where a “world-class line-up of industry experts” will tackle the largest industry topics.

Among the topics discussed at the opening session will be right to repair, vehicle electrification, industry regulation, the pace of vehicle technological change and the skills shortage.

This keynote address will be led by Australian Automotive Aftermarket association CEO Stuart Charity, Capricorn Society CEO David Fraser, MTAQ CEO Rod Camm and GPC Asia Pacific automotive division CEO Wayne Bryant.

“The automotive industry is changing at unprecedented speed and we need to keep abreast of these changes. Autocare is specifically designed to address the challenges and opportunities in front of us by bringing together top industry leaders to share their expertise on the topics that matter,” said Stuart Charity.

“The Automotive Aftermarket – 2023 and Beyond’ session will be a great way to launch into Autocare by providing inspiring and meaningful insights about the future of the aftermarket, and helping attendees to create robust and agile plans for their career and business.”

Following the Autocare opening session will be a broad two-day education program, split across a dedicated Technical Program and a Workshop Management Program plus a trade show with more than 100 companies represented, demonstration stage and networking opportunities including a happy hour.
