Autodata introduces AC service module

AUTODATA, which supports VASA by providing wiring diagrams for SightGlass Tech bulletins, has introduced a service air conditioning module.

The new feature combines technical information and service illustrations to help improve technicians’ access to relevant data save time when working on a vehicle AC system.

Improved diagram filtering has also been applied to air conditioning modules – along with engine management modules – to ensure only diagrams relevant to the selected vehicle are shown. Autodata says this simplifies navigation and helps save time when searching for specific information.

Further improving navigation around the system are direct links between wiring diagrams and the air conditioning, engine management and ABS modules.

Those using Autodata’s cost calculator can now build more accurate estimates by selecting which jobs and parts are included or excluded from GST.

In the latest update, Autodata has added 18 new models, 467 vehicle updates for new models and 205 vehicle updates for existing models.

Autodata promises to keep the new models and vehicle updates coming while improving and extending the system’s features to include new known fixes, bulletins and service schedules, colour wiring diagrams and interactive component locations.
